Need live support for an installation?
Before contacting live support, please do all of the following:
- Verify that the Mako IDs of the appliances are the correct ones for the site.
- Select the appropriate Installation Guide for the site.
- Follow all of the installation steps in the Installation Guide.
- Verify that the Internet connection at the site is functioning properly.
- Read all of the Troubleshooting FAQs.
- Verify that the issues you are having are Mako-related.
